Mather Bros Inc. corporate office is located in Ridgecrest CA with seven distribution locations throughout California, Arizona, and Nevada.
Mather Bros Inc. was established in 2005 by Troy, Thomas and Todd Mather. Due to strong work ethic, great employees, and the willingness to get the job done no matter what it takes. The three brothers have built a thriving company supplying packaged ice and water to major retail stores, construction sites, and events across CA, AZ, and NV.

Yes, there is a 500 lb minimum.

Yes, we have 48 and 53 foot trailers available for large construction sites and events. We also have smaller event trailers to accommodate your needs.

We offer all sizes bottled water including 5 gallon jugs.
Meet the Brothers
Troy Mather
Troy Mather has served as President of Mather Bros Inc since 2005 and continues to deliver high impact leadership as Mather Bros Inc grows year after year.
Troy has been in the distribution business for over 32 years and is living proof of what hard work, determination, and the desire to be the best in the industry can do!
In 1990, after a brief college baseball career, Troy started a family and joined the family’s dairy distribution business. In 2001, after years of working in the business, Troy and his two brothers, Tommy Jr and Todd, started Mather Bros Ice, which they incorporated in 2005. Troy and his brothers immediately expanded the business out of their hometown and into a number of larger cities across CA. Eventually, they expanded into AZ and NV and now operate out of seven distribution hubs across the three states!
Troy and his wife, Jayme, reside in CA where they raised their 5 children.
Tom Mather
Tom Mather Jr. was born and raised in the Milk & Ice Cream Family Distribution business. He learned at a young age from his Father, Tom Mather Sr., about hard work, being persistent, never quitting, dedication and providing great customer service to your customers.
Tom has been around the distribution industry his entire life from loading & unloading Ice Cream & Milk trucks as a kid, to Milk routes and Ice Routes as an adult and now the Vice President of Operations at Mather Bros. Inc. since 2005.
Tom Jr. and his brothers, Troy and Todd, incorporated Mather Bros. Inc. in 2005 and currently have 7 ice distribution locations throughout CA, AZ & NV. Tom has overseen the Barstow location since 2008 and the AZ Region since 2010. Tom Jr and his wife, Kelly, reside in AZ with their son and daughter. Tom loves the ice industry because there is only one ice vendor in every account

Todd Mather
Todd currently holds the position of Vice President of Sales and New Acquisitions for Mather Bros Inc. Todd was born and raised in Ridgecrest, CA. As a middle school and high school student Todd played youth sports and did numerous odd jobs for Mather Distributing, the family’s Milk & Ice Cream business.
Todd attended Orange Coast Community College where he started his college football career. From there he attended the University of Tennessee at Martin where was awarded a full football scholarship.
Upon returning home, Todd had a brief stint working in the Sierra Sands School District transportation department, before eventually returning to Mather Distributing as a delivery driver. During this time, Todd also started his high school football coaching career at his alma mater. He coached football in the community for 19 years eventually becoming the head football coach from 2011-2017. In 2018, Todd was named Leader/Citizen of the year for the city of Ridgecrest.
In 2001, Troy, Todd and Tom started Mather Bros Inc., incorporating in 2005 and expanding the company into multiple facilities across the valley. During this time, Todd also became owner of Triple T’s Tavern and Oasis Casino which he ran with his brothers for over 20 years.
In 2020, Todd moved to Phoenix, AZ to expand Mather Bros Inc. He currently lives in Gilbert, AZ with his fiancé Christina. Todd has two sons Brock and Caleb and a granddaughter Brynlee Rae.
